The Dubai World Cup Carnival leads to the season-ending Dubai World Cup day, the richest day of racing in the world. The who’s who of the equestrian world, the elite of Dubai’s society and tens of thousands of racegoers will limber up and down their finery for the culmination of Dubai’s World Cup Carnival – Dubai World Cup day on Saturday, 25 March, 2017. The region’s premier equestrian event pays tribute to the Arabian love affair with horses and is also one of the UAE’s biggest social and sporting events. Held at the iconic Meydan Racecourse, with the stunning Greystand taking centre stage, this is the day when USD30 million worth of prizes is handed out to the winners of the day’s nine races.
