Bo Innovation owner/chef Alvin Leung has modernised centuries-old ingredients and traditional recipes with latest techniques and flavours, delivering novel dishes in tune with contemporary palates. With a combination of personalized conceptualization, gastro art and science as well as meticulous refinement and of each dish, he stimulates the senses. Despite his 'rock and roll' image, Leung's professional training is in engineering, a discipline he exercised for many years.
