Angelo Vasili: A Proud And Passionate Horseman
Angelo Vasili owns seven thoroughbred horses, in-training in Australia and sponsors several race days across Australia.
Notably he co-owns Prince Cheri who won the Listed Tattersalls Club Cup (2400m) in January 2018.He is also the CEO of Randlab Pty, one of the largest veterinary companies in the world.

Q:When did you start Randlab? Can you please tell us how it started and which other countries is Randlab available in currently? Are you looking at expanding or going deeper within the same markets?
A:Randlab commenced in 2002 working from a home office in the early stages, we ship products to many countries throughout the world, and we have an agency agreement with a local supplier in Dubai that has been looking after our business for several years.We are always looking for new markets.
Q:What are Randlab’s areas of expertise?
A:We specialize in Generic medications for Equine and developing new active ingredients.
Q:Which charities does Randlab support?
A:We support many that are personal to us, and we like to keep a low profile on whom we support.
Q:According to you what are the greatest changes in racehorse treatment techniques that have occurred in the recent past especially through Randlab products and what changes do you hope will occur in the next 10 years?
A:New equipment in diagnosis is evolving in industry with MRI imaging, we are always looking in developing new medications for specific diseases.
Q:Who (designation types) are your customers and what industries are they from? Who was/is your most memorable client?
A: Most of our clients are Veterinarians, we do also supply wholesalers, traders Veterinary Hospitals, etc..
Q:Please tell us a bit about your family and background? Also what are your other interests and what inspires you every morning?
A:Happily married for 30 plus years, three children 2 grandchildren, have been involved in racehorses for some 40 years raced many horses throughout my life, love boating fishing and spending time with family.
